We have commenced groundworks at our new Astmoor Point development in Runcorn.
The new development will see the construction of nine new industrial units totalling 25,829 sq ft and will cater to businesses of all sizes, starting from 2,666 sq ft to 4,499 sq ft, with the option available to combine units to create larger spaces.
Located next to the Mersey Gateway, Astmoor Point is expected to complete in March 2023 and will further enhance Astmoor Industrial Estate’s reputation as a hub for local, national and international businesses.
