We’ve now let 90% of the units at Winnington Business Park, our 126,958 sq ft new-build development in Northwich, Cheshire. Made up of industrial, start-up, trade and retail units, our ambition for the park is to provide flexible, purpose-built spaces that enable businesses to thrive.
As part of the development, we’ve worked closely with each of our tenants to ensure their space is fitted out to suit and supports each of their unique growth needs.
Destination Padel is one of the latest tenants to take 18,665 sq ft of space on a 10-year deal. Our development team have been working closely with the business to combine three separate units, with a fit out now taking place to tailor the new space - ready for Destination Padel to open its doors by the end of 2024.
Retail businesses all set to move in
Family-run retailer M6 Bed Warehouse and outdoor clothing and equipment manufacturer Equip Outdoor Technologies are two of the retail businesses that will soon call Winnington Business Park home.
We’re proud to have created a thriving retail hub within the business park, with all 11,362 sq ft of retail space now fully let. Now that some stores have opened their doors, it’s great to see the support and interest from locals, as well as those utilising regional transport links to visit from further afield.
Space for a new wave of entrepreneurs
To support the next generation of founders, we’ve built 32 units exclusively for start-up businesses. Starting from 821 sq ft, the units benefit from dedicated parking, electric roller doors, customer entrances and LED lighting, as well as a communal courtyard space to facilitate conversation and connection within the business community.
In high demand, all start-up units have now been let to businesses, including confectionary e-commerce retailer PickandMix.com, which moved into Winnington Business Park earlier this year, and an official Hyrox gym, First Space Fitness.
Limited trade space still available
The six spaces still available each have their own individual benefits. For example, Unit 50, at the front of the site, comes with road frontage and additional parking, whereas Unit 35 is a detached unit with a dedicated yard.
Ranging from 2,792 sq ft to 9,650 sq ft, the remaining units were created to meet the rising demand for trade counter space, making them ideal for DIY and home improvement businesses.
With a bespoke fit-out service and flexible lease agreements as short as 12 months available, potential occupiers can work closely with our team to tailor their experience at the business park.
