We were pleased to host Destination Chesterfield’s employee wellness event for delegates from Chesterfield’s business world at The HQ, our Grade A office space in Chesterfield town centre.
Supported by Chesterfield Champions, panellists discussed how prioritising employee wellbeing in the workplace can be the key to achieving sustainable growth and increasing profits in the modern business environment.
There was also discussion of what makes Chesterfield a unique place to live and work, and how the panellists and other local businesses can all do more to promote the location.
The HQ itself is itself a good example of how wellbeing can be embedded into the workplace and made a fitting venue for this discussion and networking event.
Following a £1.2m refurbishment, The HQ now provides 44,000 sqft of modern, open-plan office space designed to encourage creativity, collaboration and employee wellbeing.
Attendees had the chance to tour the building during the event and see the stylish kitchen areas, air conditioning, LED lighting, suspended ceilings, lift access and more. These fully-equipped spaces are ready-made for businesses to move into.
Located in the town centre, The HQ provides and enviable and well connected location that is the perfect space for businesses to thrive.
