We’re delighted to confirm the letting of the remaining 6,800 sq ft of space at its landmark Icon office development in Milton Keynes.
Leading retailer Tesco has signed a 10 year lease to take up the Grade A office space in the former IBM data recovery centre at Kiln Farm, with the space to be used as offices for its Maintenance colleagues. Tesco’s move to Icon brings the development to full occupancy.
Suite B became the last remaining office space at Icon following the arrival of Energie Fitness who took up 12,000 sq ft last May to open its major new corporate headquarters and training facility, as well as a new commercial gymnasium.
Icon is conveniently located off the A5,a short distance from Milton Keynes Central train station and the popular retail destination The Centre:MK.
The 20,000 sq ft single-storey building underwent a £1.5m refurbishment programme in 2018, which included comprehensive renovations to the Grade A specification as well as the introduction of an exposed M&E system – the first to be undertaken within the Milton Keynes office market.
