Shared spaces intended to enhance life at Croydon’s Leon House are now complete.
Our development team begun work on a new vision for the iconic 60s building in 2017, which now contains 263 luxury, high-spec apartments.
In October 2018, residents started moving into their new homes with the refurbishment of the shared spaces continuing throughout this process.
These shared spaces are now complete, with a beautifully designed lobby and coworking space, private dining room and sky garden now open for the residents to enjoy.
