Business insurance and risk management solutions firm Pound Gates is set to make the ground floor of Hyde Park House in Ipswich its new home.

The move represents one of the biggest deals in Ipswich in recent years, with Pound Gates relocating their head office from St Vincent House to Hyde Park House following a refurb of the space due to complete later this year.

The modern offices are set over three floors with recent renovations to the reception, communal areas and toilets. A high-performance air-con system has also been installed in the building.

Located on the edge of Ipswich town centre on the corner of Crown Street and High Street, Hyde Park House offers secure underground parking and also boasts close proximity to motorways and public transport, with excellent links to London and the Midlands.

This latest Pound Gates deal leaves only 2,061 sq ft available at Hyde Park House, located on the second floor, with the rest of the building currently occupied by property specialists Christie, Owen & Davies Ltd, and insurance firm Towergate.
