Plans for Growth at Wrexham Industrial Estate

More than 125,000 sq ft of industrial space will be added to Wales’ largest industrial estate

With 500,000 sq ft of space on the 8m sq ft Wrexham Industrial Estate, we are proud to be the most prolific name on Wales’ largest industrial park.

And this is set to remain the case with new plans to develop further land on the site to support the increasing demand amongst the business community.

There are currently 62 companies letting our units on the Wrexham site, with 38 acres of developable land that will be used to support current business, as well as attracting new business to the estate.

Our plans include:

  • Three industrial sites with a total size of 126,772 sq ft.
  • A 150,000 sq ft mixed use development that could cater for a hotel, pub, leisure or retail development.
  • A mixed-use scheme of between 1,000 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft to accommodate multiple bespoke designs for startup businesses that are looking to expand.

The planning application for the three new industrial sites is set to be submitted to Wrexham County Borough Council early next year, with further consultation to take place on the mixed-use schemes throughout 2019.

Wrexham Industrial Estate is a fantastic example of the opportunities provided by industrial parks today, and it has been a pleasure for our team to help businesses of a wide range of sizes find their home here.

Our future plans for the site are designed to reflect the changing dynamics of the estate, while also supporting the local business community and our existing tenants who may be looking to grow.

We look forward to working closely with the Council and other local stakeholders to make these plans a reality and to further drive business growth across Wales.
