Cheshire West and Chester Council have granted Outline Planning Permission for a mixed-use development on the Winnington Business Park site in Northwich.
Some 160 homes will be created on the 18-acre industrial brownfield site as well as 63,500 sq ft of new commercial space, 11,500 sq ft for retail and family orientated pub/restaurant.
