Some 4,380 sq ft of office space has been let to MIT Ventures at Watford’s Oak House – just two months after becoming available.
The first-floor Grade A office accommodation has been let on a 10-year lease to employment consultants MIT Ventures.
Moving from nearby Elstree and in the market for good quality space close to the Watford Junction train station, MIT Ventures were attracted by Oak House’s excellent public and private transport links, as well as the high-quality office accommodation, which has recently been enhanced with the refurbishment of the on-site café.
Oak House, a multi-storey detached office, is located on the fringe of Watford town centre within 10-minutes’ walk of Watford Junction and two miles from Junction 5 of the M1 – offering fast connectivity to London and the rest of the UK.
The building provides grade A specification over three floors along with onsite parking. Other occupiers in the building include Europcar, Capita, Fairhurst Design, Pepkor and Indigo Park Services.
