We have welcomed The M6 Bed Warehouse as our first occupant at our newly completed retail units at Winnington Business Park in Northwich.
The family-run bed and mattress retailer has taken 6,228 sq ft in Unit A at our Cheshire business park, one of three retail units totalling 11,372 sq ft.
Unit A is The M6 Bed Warehouse’s second showroom in addition to its existing premises at Radway Green Business Park, Crewe. The new purpose-built showroom will enhance the customer experience and allow The M6 Bed Warehouse to showcase a broader range of products and service a larger customer base.
The expansion has been supported with the addition of five new full-time salespeople alongside investment into fulfilment operations with new vehicles and extra warehousing space.
Launched at the start of 2023 following our £16m investment, Winnington Business Park offers bespoke fit-outs for businesses of all sizes, with industrial units to rent ranging from 800 sq ft up to 18,665 sq ft.
Our industrial park boasts 51 units for individual or combination leases, designed specifically to cater to the growing demand for commercial space locally and regionally.
Winnington Business Park is located five miles away from Junction 10 of the M56, offering easy access to the M6 and M60 and sits within close proximity to Greenback railway station and Northwich town centre and its network of retail and leisure facilities.
