All units at Manor Park Industrial Estate are now fully let with three new deals secured.
New tenants on the estate include Centred Solutions Ltd, a pharma solutions company which signed up to a 10,000 sq ft. space on a 10-year lease during lockdown; and JKA Electronics Ltd, specialist electronic design engineers currently moving into a 3,241 sq ft unit on Beeston Court [pictured], after signing a five-year lease.
Manor Park is also now home to Brunel Engineering Morecambe Ltd, which operates from a 15,000 sq ft unit at Christleton Court after signing a 10-year lease.
Continued investment
We manage a total of 250,000 sq ft of multi-let industrial space at Manor Park and has invested £800,000 at the site in the last 18 months alone.
Investment into neighbouring site Astmoor Industrial Estate, where we manage a further 290,000 sq ft of industrial property and five acres of land, is set to continue. We have refurbished 111,590 sq ft since 2019 to enhance the desirability of the estate. The investment has amounted to around £1.4 million to date.
Manor Park, located between Warrington and Runcorn, is one of the North West’s premier business parks and has benefitted from the improved connectivity created by the new Mersey Gateway bridge.
Our extensive UK industrial portfolio currently totals four million sq ft with a further circa two million sq ft of new build in the pipeline. Available spaces start from 500 sq ft to more imposing units of 80,000 sq ft.
