Severnbridge Industrial Estate is one of our most established and popular estates within South Wales. One of the primary reasons? Its fantastic location.

Well connected to the core of business activity within South Wales and the South West of England, Severnbridge Industrial Estate provides the perfect blend of connectivity and work-life balance for its tenants.


Tenants on the estate not only benefit from being able to live and work in a beautiful county, they are also ideally situated next to major transport links – most notably the M48, linking to M4 and the wider motorway network. The Severnbridge Estate is of course also located in close proximity to the Severn Bridge itself and The Prince of Wales Bridge, both of which are now toll-free.

Severnbridge also benefits from its location being within the Cardiff Capital Region City Deal, which sees the UK Government, Welsh Government and local authorities working together in a collaborative approach to promote and improve the economic output of the area.

The partners have committed £1.2bn to the City Deal, offering a unique opportunity to transform the economy by investing in skills, innovation and digital connectivity. And, with Monmouthshire having a population of 95,000, the area offers fantastic recruitment opportunities for businesses choosing to relocate.

What we manage

Our team has managed units on the estate since 2006 and continued to expand its presence on Severnbridge over the years, as the estate flourished into the thriving business hub that it is today.

We currently manage 35 units on the estate, totalling 264,000 sq. ft. of space – which makes us one of the largest landlords on the estate. Would-be tenants will be pleased to learn that we currently have two units available to let:

  • Unit 12A – A fully refurbished unit totalling 14,875 sq. ft. (1,381 sq. m), this unit benefits from roller shutter door access to two elevations and a large enclosed yard.

  • Unit 4 – The largest available unit on the estate provides 68,425 sq. ft (6,356 sq. m) of space. The unit is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment. You can stay up to date with the project’s progress by keeping an eye on our social media channels.

We always work collaboratively with our tenants old and new so that we can not only cater for current needs but work together to forecast, plan and support their future plans – taking business growth, development and grants into consideration.

Supporting growth

Rebecca Morgan, recently appointed as our new Business Development Manager for the region, is already bringing her extensive experience to our tenants at Severnbridge.

Having worked with local businesses in her role at Wrexham Council for many years, Rebecca is helping us in our ambition to connect potential corporate clients with one another wherever possible.

We find this helps to embed clients within the fabric of our sites and supports the overall growth of businesses in the region. 

One thing’s for sure, businesses are seeing the value of being located on the estate with us, and they are setting up shop for the long-term.

Take our recently agreed deals with BCE (Distributors) Ltd. as an example; the team at BCE were initially looking for space in the Bristol area but decided to choose Severnbridge Industrial Estate as their business location due to the quality of the site’s offering, excellent connectivity and our favourable pricing. We’ve also agreed two further 10-year agreements with Advance Maintenance Solutions Ltd and Bromleighs Limited.

In the near future, our team in South Wales will continue to invest in our current units, continue to assist our tenants with their business growth, and look out for further opportunities to expand on the site and in the surrounding area.
