Leon House, one of our key developments, will be the headline sponsor for this year’s Croydon Food Festival.
The brutalist office block built in the 1960s is being transformed into 263 luxury one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments, with the first occupants due to move in this summer.
The festival is on its 8th concurrent year, with last year’s event attracting more than 12,000 visitors to the many food, music and entertainment stalls in attendance.
A spokesperson from the company said: “We are thrilled that Leon House is headline sponsor of the Croydon Food and Music Festival 2018.
“In recent years, the event has become a fixture of the borough’s social calendar, and serves as a celebration of the best food and restaurants on offer in Croydon and beyond.
“Leon House is located within Croydon’s restaurant quarter, a part of the town that has been reinvigorated in recent years through office and retail developments. When our bold vision for Leon House is fully realised, this historic building’s new lease of life, as a premium residential location, will further enhance Croydon’s status as one of the most vibrant and up and coming parts of London.
“It is therefore more than fitting that Leon House returns as sponsor for the second consecutive year – we can’t wait for the event to take place.”
