Engineering consultancy Haydn Evans has signed a 10-year lease deal for a 2,061 sq ft refurbished office suite on the second floor of Hyde Park House on Crown Street in central Ipswich.
We created a modern and appealing space at Hyde Park House, completing a light refurb which included the installation of a new air conditioning and filtration system that perfectly met Haydn Evans’ needs.
The deal closely follows that with independent digital marketing agency Crafted for 9,060 sq ft, leaving only two spaces available in the bespoke office building: a 1,817 sq ft space on part of the first floor, and a 1,050 sq ft suite on the west side of the ground floor, suitable as office space or a unique retail opportunity.
Until recently, Hyde Park House was marketed as a collection of larger suites, but after separating the space into smaller offices, the building’s appeal has substantially increased and is on track to be fully let by the end of the year.

Laura Palmer, Rail Coordinator at Haydn Evans Consulting, explained that Hyde Park House appealed due to its central location but also that it allowed space for future expansion.

“With more spaces and facilities we are proud to show off, we have been able to welcome more visitors and host more meetings since moving to Hyde Park House,” added Laura.
