We are pleased to announce the letting of Unit 1 at Hay Hall Distribution Hub, Birmingham to UK and international logistics and freight forwarding company, Jeavons Eurotir.
Jeavons Eurotir, established in 1978, has expanded its operations, taking 45,000 sq ft of additional warehouse space just ten minutes away from its existing facility on a 10-year lease.
The new letting comes after £2.5m refurbishment works were completed on the site, which is on the Hay Hall Business Park, Redfern Road.
This significant investment saw the installation of new dock levellers and level access doors, as well as the creation of a dedicated yard, with up to 750kVa Power, 24/7 manned guarding and modernisation throughout.
The new Hay Hall Distribution Hub comprises 96,448 sq ft and its Tyseley location provides easy access to Birmingham International Airport and the city centre, as well as the wider Midlands region.
The arrival of Jeavons leaves just 35,000 sq ft of industrial space available to let at the hub.
