After looking for a new space to take their business up a gear, Switch Cars 24/7 Limited have recently signed a 10-year lease on units 71 and 72 at Astmoor Industrial Estate.
The used car specialists were on the lookout for a new space to call home in the Cheshire area. The new business premises needed to be in a strategic position that was easy to find but it also needed to be cost-effective.
After getting in touch with us, Tom Shaw, our Asset Manager at Astmoor, showed the business owners around the open plan unit, which had just become available due to a flexible asset management strategy that allowed the former tenants to expand their space within our portfolio.
After viewing the 6,515 sq ft unit and comparing it to the other units that they viewed, the owners decided to put in an offer for the unit that came with a spacious yard area that would not only cater for their current needs but allow them to expand in the future too.
