FigFlex Offices Launches With Fresh Look & Revitalised Offering

Our rebranded flexible office space provider will support businesses seeking a friendlier, convenient and more flexible approach to office-based productivity

Our serviced office partner Fig Offices has relaunched into the property market this month as FigFlex Offices.

Complete with a reimagined product focused on flexibility, convenience and additional business support for its members, FigFlex’s new offering is available at three sites across the UK: Friars House in Coventry, Southgate House in Gloucester, and 3 Newbridge Square in Swindon.

A further two are due to launch before the end of the year at Cherry Tree Court in Hull and Peterborough’s Lynch Wood Park.

FigFlex focuses on four core services:

  • Serviced offices: These provide all the benefits of having your own secure, private office without doing any of the running around.
  • Coworking: Start-ups and independent freelancers get the opportunity to work alongside like-minded professionals in a productive, collaborative and cost-effective
  • Meeting rooms: Coming in many shapes and sizes, these cost-effective meeting rooms are available when needed; they’re even open to non-FigFlex members.
  • Virtual offices: Ideal for branching into new markets or giving home-based businesses a top layer of privacy and legitimacy.

Post-pandemic working habits

All-new FigFlex was hatched after an extensive period of research and customer listening, resulting in an offer that is better suited to the evolving work habits emerging post-pandemic – including increased demand for satellite offices and short-term occupancies.

Inclusive packages at FigFlex include superfast business-dedicated broadband, private and secure office spaces, bookable meeting rooms with ClickShare technology, as well as breakout and coworking spaces.

Each location is driven by a dedicated, experienced centre management team, on hand to assist with any office-related matters.

Young, growing businesses based at FigFlex can also benefit from the advice of an in-house business development specialist who can offer wider support – whether that’s via free business development sessions or helping members to navigate the world of business grants.

No rigid rental contracts

A spokesperson for FigFlex commented: “Our new offering is as much for freelancers as it is for established businesses seeking a new HQ. We know that regardless of their size, people are increasingly looking beyond the basics when it comes to what their office delivers.

“We felt that our revitalised approach needed to be centred around advice, support and community, without compromising on convenience and value for money.

“That’s why we’ve cut out rigid rental contracts and equipped our locations with the right people to help our members to succeed. For businesses ready to take the next step for growth – or workers who simply can’t face another day working from their kitchen table – we’ve ensured we can offer the right package for everyone. We are truly delighted to be introducing this bang up-to-date service for our wonderful members, old and new.”

“Ideal solution”

The former Fig Offices brand was established in 2016 and its existing tenant voices have played an important role in the evolution process. One existing Fig customer who has transitioned to the new brand is Answers in Retirement Group, based in Gloucester’s Southgate House.

Stuart Wilson, CEO of Answers in Retirement Group, commented: “FigFlex is the ideal solution for us. The stunning location is perfectly placed and nothing is too much hassle for the support staff. The fact that we can book additional meeting facilities, and have high-quality services makes flexible offices an unrivalled business case. For us, it was a winner.”

FigFlex is our dedicated serviced office provider. Together, we are able to provide clients with access to over 40 years’ industry experience and a wealth of wider business development and property knowledge.
