FI REM Property Battle Wars

To kick things off in 2022, we've launched a knockout tournament which will see some of our available office properties going head-to-head, to see which property reigns supreme.
At FI Real Estate Management, we do love a competition and to kick things off in 2022, we've launched a knockout tournament which will see some of our available office properties going head-to-head, to see which property reigns supreme.

 

The competition format follows a Top Trump styled match up, with a twist. In each match, two properties will go up against each other to score points based on a list of categories. The property that accumulates the most points will progress through to the next round.

How the point system works:

  • Floors (Highest gets a point)
  • Total Sq ft (Highest gets a point)
  • Onsite Parking – (A point for yes)
  • Distance to the town centre (Lowest gets a point)
  • Smallest suite available (Highest gets a point)
  • FigFlex Serviced Office (A point for yes)

In the event of a tie, the property with the highest total sq ft will go through to the next round. 

Important Dates:

The FIREM Property Battle Wars gets underway on the 13th of January and will run throughout the first quarter of the year, coming to an end on the 31st of March 2022.

Round One - Fixture List

The luck of the draw was with Southgate House and Manor House, who have each received a bye for the first round and have automatically advanced through to the quarter-finals.

The other 12 properties will need to battle it out in Round 1, to secure their spot in the quarter-finals. Here is the fixture list for the first leg of the tournament.
