We've Delivered 100,000 sq ft of Office Space for DWP

FIREM provided more than 100,000 sq ft of office space for the DWP in seven UK towns and cities throughout the UK.

We are pleased to announce that we have completed an extensive deal to provide more than 100,000 sq ft of office space for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) across the UK.

Located within seven UK towns and cities, office sites include Frobisher House in Southampton [pictured], Church Walk House in Basildon as well as space within the Brunel Shopping Centre in Swindon. We have also worked with the DWP to agree office provision at our Ty Bevan office property in Cardiff and Wellington House in Barnsley.

The DWP has already begun taking occupation within these new locations with a number of regional premises already in operation.

This news is testament to the investment we’ve injected into a number of our high-profile office buildings across the UK in recent years. Grade-A fit-outs, revamped communal areas and tailored lease agreements are all requirements that are demanded by organisations in a post-pandemic era.

The DWP’s requirements were complex and specific so we’re delighted to have been able to accommodate their needs so swiftly and provide the department’s teams with the space and facilities they need to operate successfully.

All of the premises involved sit within our extensive 10m sq ft portfolio of commercial property across the UK. We also have a further 2.6 million sq ft of new build property in the pipeline.
