Two new tenants have joined Wrexham Industrial Estate as the demand for industrial space across the North West and North Wales continues to grow.
AJCS Logistics has taken occupation of a 10,000 sq ft unit on Clywedog Road. The storage and distribution firm, specialising in multi-drop and same day delivery services, has seen an increase in demand through 2020 as online retailing has grown in popularity. This deal was agreed through appointed agents Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).
A 15,000 sq ft unit has simultaneously been let to Stomlet Ltd; distributors of home, garden and kitchen equipment.
The recent lettings leave just two units available for let on Wrexham Industrial Estate, including a 10,000 sq. ft space which is currently under refurbishment. Works include new floors, internal and external decoration, revamped office spaces, and upgraded heating. The full cost of the refurb totals £90,000.
