We have submitted a hybrid planning application for Hay Hall Business Park in Tyseley, Birmingham. If approved, construction is expected to start in Q1 2022.
A detailed application will be submitted for part of the site and our plans would create the following:
Each of the proposed units will have the flexibility to be let individually to smaller businesses or combined to accommodate larger outfits.
An outline application will also be submitted for two larger units totalling circa 98,383 sq ft, both will include loading docks and level access doors, first-floor mezzanine and office. The units could be combined into a single unit.
The business park is situated on the south side of Redfern Road in the heart of the Tyseley’s industrial hub. Located in close proximity to the M5, M42 and M6 motorways, Hay Hall benefits from easy access to the rest of the country. Those working from the site will also be able to take advantage of excellent public transport links, with Tyseley Train Station a mere 300m down the road.
The new plans follow a £2.5m refurbishment project we completed at Hay Hall in 2018. The significant investment saw the installation of new dock levellers and level access doors, as well as the creation of a dedicated yard with up to 750kVa Power, 24-hour manned security and modernisation throughout.
