We’re very pleased to announce that French technology corporation, Dassault Systèmes, has signed a new lease with us for 18,500 sq ft at The Woods in Warwick.
The move closely follows the completion of our £5m refurbishment to transform the former IBM campus into “The Woods” a flagship CAT A development, including co-working spaces aimed at the region’s growing freelance market.
Completion of the 12-month refurbishment programme was reached in September last year, when over 60% of the 80,000 sq ft building was already let to Quanta Dialysis Technologies and Alliance Healthcare.
The two-storey development has been designed with employee wellbeing at its heart and boasts landscaped outdoor green space, EV charging points, state-of-the-art lighting and climate cooling, collaborative working areas, a high-end reception and bistro cafe.
Catering to the changing needs of West Midlands businesses across the healthcare, medical and creative industries, our development offers a range of floor sizes for freelancers and small companies to larger organisations seeking satellite office space.
Tim Knowles, founder and Managing Director of FI Real Estate Management, commented: “Our vision was always to create something unique for the Warwick market that would attract homegrown and global businesses, representing the ambition of this fantastic town. When we launched The Woods at the end of 2022 we were joined by the region’s business community and Mayor of Warwick, Cllr Parminder Singh Birdi, who spoke of the impact that our development will have on the town’s economic development.
“We are very proud to welcome Dassault Systèmes as our newest tenant at The Woods and have full confidence that our reimagined office concept will provide an inspirational space where innovation will thrive.”
