After an influx of tenants joined our Friars House office property in Coventry over the last six months, we are pleased to announce the next phase of a £4m refurbishment programme.
Of the 11-storey commercial development, 20,000 sq ft of space across three floors has been leased already. This drive in interest resulting from Coventry’s 2021 bid for City of Culture.
Following phase one of the refurbishment, which saw an upgrade of the ground floor, reception area and communal areas as well as three of the ten available floors, this next phase will now focus on the renovation of the remaining vacant floors within the 70,000 sq ft building.
The project is set to be completed in June 2018.
