The winning business will secure occupancy of unit 1 at Gemini Point, a 5,026 sq ft industrial space complete with electric roller shutter doors, dedicated parking and EV charging.
The rent will be fully paid by us for 12 consecutive months from an agreed start date with no obligation for long-term lease. The new tenant will be liable for all additional costs of the unit, including but not limited to, utilities, service charge, insurance and business rates.
