North Cheshire Trading Estate Undergoes Major Refurb
Four vacant units are set to receive new windows, upgraded electric and improved surroundings
We are pleased to announced that our first major investment in the North Cheshire Trading Estate in a strategic move to enhance the site’s industrial offer for prospective tenants.
Plans to modernise the industrial and warehouse spaces at the Prenton site will see the extensive refurbishment of four currently vacant units, which range from 4,159 sq ft to 5,940 sq ft.
Local contractor, landscaping and facilities specialists LMC Ltd won a competitive tender for the eight-week schedule of refurbishment work, which will see each unit stripped down to its shell and redecorated both internally and externally.
The planned works will include window replacements and upgrade of electrics to LED lighting and the surrounding grounds landscaped and secured with fencing.
We manage a variety of industrial and warehouse units on the Prenton site, which range in size between 3,433 – 37,000 sq ft with a combined floor area of 117,206 sq ft.
Located just off junction 3 of the M53 in Birkenhead, the North Cheshire Trading Estate offers on-site parking, office accommodation and loading areas.
