Prior to completing a £1.5M refurbishment program, our Icon office development in Milton Keynes has secured a 12,000 sq ft lease with fitness operator Energie Fitness.
The Grade A office space will be used as their new corporate headquarters and training facility, as well as a new commercial gymnasium, adding to their existing 100-outlet portfolio.
Only 6,800 sq ft remains available at the former IBM data recovery centre at Kiln Farm, which is based just off the A5 and near Milton Keynes Central train station and The Centre:MK.
