We are gearing up to welcome new tenants to Severnbridge Industrial Estate following the imminent completion of the first phase of a significant refurbishment programme.
Unit 12 on the estate – a detached light industrial and distribution unit – will be available to let from August. The refurb, totalling £360,000, is being carried out by Building Themes International (BTI).

Newport is 15 miles to the west, accessed via the M4 or A48, and access to the estate is via Junctions 23 of the M4 and Junction 2 of the M48 which are just 10 minutes away. The Severn Bridge itself is 7 miles away and access to the M5 at junction 15 is 12.6 miles.
